Who is responsible for the data
The website namiklinik.com belongs to Nami Klinik, Vatrogasna 2, 26220 Kovin, Serbia. The clinic is responsible for the data described on this page.
The website does not collect personal data
There are no booking forms, newsletter sign ups, accounts or payments on this website. We do not ask for your name, phone number or email through the website, and we do not build visitor profiles.
Cookies and browser storage
The website does not set cookies. The only thing it remembers in your browser is that you closed the offer bar, so that it does not appear again while you are on the site. This stays in your browser only and is deleted when you close the tab.
Analytics without cookies
To know how many people visit the website and which pages they read, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics. It does not use cookies, does not store data in your browser and does not follow you to other websites. We only see totals, for example how many visits a page had, not who visited.
Hosting
The website is delivered through the Cloudflare network. Like any server, Cloudflare technically processes data such as your IP address and browser type when a page opens, in order to deliver the website and protect it from attacks.
Google Maps
The map on the Contact page and on the home page does not load by itself. Until you tap “Show map”, the website sends no request to Google servers. Once you open the map, it loads from Google and from that moment Google's privacy policy applies.
The link to our Instagram profile opens Instagram, where Meta's rules apply.
Calls, messages and email
When you call us on 069/689-698 or write to us on Viber, WhatsApp, Instagram or at nami.klinik@gmail.com, the clinic handles those calls and messages in order to book appointments and answer your questions. Viber, WhatsApp, Instagram and email have their own privacy rules, which apply to how messages are delivered.
Your rights
Under the Serbian Law on Personal Data Protection, you have the right to ask what data the clinic holds about you and to have it corrected or deleted. If you believe your rights have been violated, you can contact the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Serbia.
